A Dedicated Innovation Hub in Qingdao
XinSheng has officially opened a new R&D center in Qingdao, strengthening our ability to run applied thermal research, design validation, and rapid prototyping close to key industrial clusters and port logistics. The facility is sized to support parallel programs in heat exchanger architecture, brazing process development, and system-level packaging studies for off-highway, energy, and industrial OEMs.
Capabilities and Equipment
The center houses CFD and thermal simulation collaboration spaces, a prototype machine shop, and environmental test cells sized for sub-system and full-core trials. Application engineers and customer teams can co-develop test plans, review failure modes, and iterate cooling concepts before commitment to high-volume production lines at our Jiangsu and Malaysia sites.
Impact on Product Development
By shortening the loop from concept to tested hardware, the Qingdao R&D center is expected to accelerate program milestones for modular cooling packs, high-pressure oil circuits, and next-generation bar-and-plate designs. The site also supports material qualification and joint-quality studies aligned with IATF expectations for safety-critical programs.
Looking Ahead
XinSheng will continue to connect the Qingdao lab with our global application engineering network so that local insights feed portfolio-wide standards for reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
