XinSheng is pleased to announce that our new manufacturing facility in Selangor, Malaysia, has entered commercial production. The site is purpose-built to supply aluminum bar-and-plate and tube-and-fin products to construction, power generation, and industrial customers across Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on reliable lead times and regionally aligned quality systems.
Facility and Process Scope
The plant includes core building, brazing, assembly, and end-of-line validation areas laid out for scalable volume. Leak test, thermal spot-check, and packaging lines mirror the process controls used at our China headquarters so that product behavior and documentation remain consistent for global platforms that qualify multiple manufacturing sources.
Supply Chain and Service Benefits
Producing closer to key ASEAN assembly nodes reduces international freight exposure and supports just-in-time replenishment for programs with seasonal or project-based demand. Local teams cover production planning, quality engineering, and logistics coordination, with direct escalation paths to XinSheng’s product and application groups in Wuxi.
